Shipping Policy

Free U.S. shipping

Shipping is free on every Ember Ridge order delivered to an address in the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in up to 10 days from the date the order is placed. Please allow the full 10 days before contacting us about a delivery.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or other events outside our control can occasionally add time. If that happens, we will help you track your order down.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 days, or it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
