Ember Ridge
1. Overview
This website is operated by Ember Ridge. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ember Ridge. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products include an ignition tool and are intended for adults.
3. Safe and lawful use
Ember Ridge products include an electric arc ignition that can start fires. You agree to use them responsibly and only for appropriate purposes, to keep them out of reach of children, and to follow all local laws, fire restrictions and burn bans where you use them. Never use the arc near flammable gases or liquids, on people or animals, or in any unsafe way. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.
4. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product photos may show the product in use outdoors for illustration.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
7. Shipping and refunds
Shipping is free within the United States, with delivery in up to 10 days. Details are in our Shipping Policy. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Refunds for verified malfunctioning products are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Ember Ridge name, logo, website design, text and photography belong to Ember Ridge and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ember Ridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
